Hi, I’m Kendra.

I am real, just like you. I am personable, genuine, compassionate and straight forward, which makes it easy to talk to me about anything. I’m not your typical therapist. I swear, I have tattoos, I’ll laugh with you and cry with you. I have a dog named May, that may join us in our sessions. And I don't think therapy should be some stale, clinical, sterile experience.

I may have gone through lengthy education & training to be in the role I'm in, but that doesn't make me any better than you or the "expert" of your life. You're the expert of your life, it’s time you feel that way.

Judgement has no place in therapy. I am honored you choose to trust me, so no way am I going to tarnish that and ruin the therapeutic relationship with judging you. ​
